Responsibilities
- Design, build, and support complex customer journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud using Journey Builder and Automation Studio.
- Build data pipelines integrating Salesforce Marketing Cloud with D360 for accurate and timely synchronization.
- Integrate front-end applications with Salesforce Marketing Cloud through REST and SOAP APIs.
- Lead integrations between Salesforce Marketing Cloud, customer data platforms, content management platforms, and external enterprise applications.
- Monitor performance, troubleshoot integration issues, and ensure solutions are robust, scalable, and secure.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven Salesforce Developer experience with a strong hands-on focus on Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Demonstrated experience building and supporting complex customer journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Strong proficiency in AMPScript, Server-Side JavaScript, and SQL.
- Extensive experience with REST and SOAP API integrations connecting front-end applications to Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Experience building data pipelines and integrating Salesforce Marketing Cloud with D360, customer data platforms, and content management systems.
- Understanding of software development methodologies and data security best practices.
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer or Marketing Cloud Consultant certification is preferred.
