Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Lead the technical design and implementation of GTM tools and platforms that drive scale, automation, and growth.
- Partner with Sales, Data, Analytics, and Product to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Modernize and contribute to experimentation infrastructure.
- Build AI- and LLM-powered agents, workflows, and embedded intelligence.
- Provide system design leadership, participate in architecture reviews, and mentor engineers.
- Drive technical discovery, clarify requirements, shape roadmaps, and provide direction in ambiguous problem spaces.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience, including 2+ years in technical leadership.
- Strong full-stack development skills with Rails and React or equivalent modern stacks.
- Experience leading ambiguity-heavy, greenfield projects from concept through delivery.
- Experience designing systems that integrate multiple data sources and support complex workflows.
- Hands-on experience building with AI and LLMs, including agents, embeddings, and orchestrating model calls.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to align technical and non-technical teams.
- A track record of pragmatic architectural decisions balancing speed and long-term scalability.
