Responsibilities
- Design automated software solutions according to enterprise practices and document solution design requirements.
- Build and test automation processes, including integration, unit, and performance testing.
- Analyze and resolve software issues while supporting production deployments.
- Participate in peer design reviews and support business process owners during user acceptance testing.
- Identify risks associated with process automation candidates.
- Mentor newly trained resources on development best practices and modern techniques.
Requirements
- Proven full-stack software development experience, ideally in mobile application ecosystems.
- Strong understanding of software design principles, enterprise best practices, and automated solution development.
- Experience with integration, unit, and performance testing.
- Track record of troubleshooting and resolving complex software issues.
- Strong communication, collaboration, mentoring, and stakeholder engagement skills.
