Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end development of full-stack applications with high-quality code and scalable architecture.
  • Prototype new features and solutions using Copilot and Generative AI.
  • Design and build APIs for integration between systems.
  • Mentor and guide junior developers.
  • Collaborate with business partners, analysts, and QA teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot applications using Splunk and Dynatrace.
  • Conduct code reviews and implement automated testing for reliability and performance.
  • Identify opportunities to improve development processes, code quality, and technology adoption.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience developing and deploying scalable applications with Angular, Java, and SQL.
  • Proficiency in designing and building APIs for system integration.
  • Hands-on experience monitoring and troubleshooting with Splunk and Dynatrace.
  • Experience using Generative AI tools and frameworks to enhance application functionality.
  • Ability to provide technical mentorship and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
