Base Salary
$150k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, deploy, and maintain reliable systems and operational processes.
- Provide service outage escalation support alongside software engineers.
- Participate in an on-call incident management rotation.
- Manage instance configuration and security across multiple environments.
- Build and manage organization-wide tools, services, and infrastructure.
- Monitor production systems and networks.
- Develop and deploy automation to improve operational efficiency.
- Use available training resources to support professional development.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or an equivalent production engineering role.
- Strong experience with AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and methodologies.
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform.
- Advanced knowledge of Linux systems.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to think on your feet, develop innovative solutions, and solve unique problems.
