Base Salary
$155k - $170k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and build features across the Rails monolith and Go microservices.
- Develop candidate portals, partner flows, I-9 workflows, internal administration tools, and adjudication tools.
- Extend ATS and partner integrations using webhooks, OAuth, SFTP, and APIs.
- Orchestrate asynchronous vendor searches and reporting pipelines.
- Build AI-powered document parsing, structured extraction, and screening and adjudication automation features.
- Use AI coding assistants, automated AI code review, and agentic tools in the development workflow.
- Own the full lifecycle of features, including implementation, testing, review, release, and monitoring.
Requirements
- Strong production experience with B2B SaaS applications.
- Solid Go skills or equivalent backend experience with HTTP services and background workers, including comfort with concurrency.
- Strong PostgreSQL skills and sound relational data-modeling judgment.
- Experience building and consuming REST APIs and third-party integrations.
- Comfort with webhooks, OAuth, SFTP, and server-rendered ERB, HTML, and CSS frontends.
- Habit of writing well-tested code and testing major user experience paths.
- MCP experience is preferred.
