Responsibilities
- Own customer-facing AI solutions from understanding customer needs and defining success metrics through design, build, rollout, and production measurement.
- Design, build, and ship full-stack features including backend services, APIs, third-party integrations, and customer-facing interfaces.
- Build AI agents and agentic workflows using LLM APIs, agent frameworks, tool use, MCP, orchestration, data access, and observability.
- Define agent behaviors, tools, context, prompts, and decision logic, then improve reliability, safety, and cost in production.
- Work with Customer Success and Support teams, review real conversations, and prioritize customer-impacting improvements.
- Run evaluations, instrument KPIs, measure customer workflows, and iterate based on production data.
- Use AI-assisted development tools and stay current with new models, agent protocols, and related tooling.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience building and operating full-stack applications in production.
- Experience with TypeScript or Node.js and React or similar technologies.
- Experience building a web application or service from scratch through production.
- Hands-on experience with LLM APIs, tool use or function calling, and prompt and context design.
- Strong fundamentals in API design, data modeling, API and webhook integrations, and reliable service operation at scale.
- Strong product orientation and the ability to scope, prioritize, and make product decisions independently.
- Fluency with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code or Cursor.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, including comfort working with customer-facing teams and customers.
- Experience with production agents, agent frameworks or SDKs, MCP, evaluations, observability, RAG, or retrieval is advantageous.
- Experience with Support or Customer Success applications or the monday.com platform is advantageous.
- A degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience is listed as optional rather than mandatory.
