Responsibilities
- Develop modern, responsive UI features and web applications using ReactJS, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Write reusable, testable, and efficient code and build React component libraries.
- Collaborate with UX designers, backend teams, cross-shore developers, vendors, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
- Participate in code reviews, agile sprint activities, planning, standups, backlog grooming, and reviews.
- Analyze production defects, troubleshoot systems, identify root causes, and implement fixes.
- Integrate third-party software into products and support software deployment.
- Perform hands-on Cypress end-to-end testing and validate AI-generated code for correctness, security, and adherence to team patterns.
- Participate in innovation events, hackathons, and special projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field and 2–4 years of web application development experience, or four years of professional web application development experience in lieu of a degree.
- Experience building responsive web applications with ReactJS, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Hands-on Cypress end-to-end testing experience.
- Hands-on, sustained experience using an AI coding assistant such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, or an equivalent tool in real project work.
- Ability to critically review AI-generated code, including identifying incorrect APIs, logic errors, security gaps, and deviations from team patterns.
- Experience collaborating on agile development teams and working with cross-shore teams.
- Preferred experience with React component libraries, NPM, Jenkins, application deployment, unit testing, UI test cases, accessibility, analytics, and micro frontend architecture.
- Working familiarity with RAG patterns, vector databases, and MCP (Model Context Protocol).
