Base Salary
$175k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and build real-time multimodal pipelines connecting ASR, LLMs, TTS, and avatar rendering.
- Develop the observability layer for the pipeline, including metrics, tracing, and performance instrumentation.
- Build infrastructure management tools for deploying, versioning, and scaling models.
- Develop automated tests and evaluation frameworks for reliability and quality assurance.
- Integrate and optimize the full system for low latency and high reliability.
- Collaborate with product and AI teams to enhance Superhumans' capabilities in presentations and information sharing.
Requirements
- Experience in ML systems or applied AI, particularly in LLMs, ASR, or TTS pipelines.
- Strong background in real-time or streaming systems and concurrent architectures.
- Proven ability to productionize AI models in live environments.
- Proficiency in Python and experience with Kubernetes or similar orchestration frameworks.
- Familiarity with TypeScript for frontend or orchestration logic.
- Comfort with automated testing, metrics, and observability in development practices.
- Excitement about building multimodal AI systems that combine voice, video, and reasoning.
