Responsibilities
- Build production-ready agentic AI applications with tools, skills, prompts, planners, memory, and evaluation loops.
- Develop RAG services covering ingestion, chunking, embeddings, indexing, vector database integration, observability, and guardrails.
- Integrate enterprise APIs, event streams, and data sources with robust error handling, retries, and fallbacks.
- Write clean, testable code, unit and integration tests, offline and online evaluations, red-team scenarios, and content and action safety boundaries.
- Prototype rapidly, demonstrate progress frequently, communicate trade-offs and results, and improve software delivery practices.
Requirements
- Minimum 7.5 years of experience in Java full stack development.
- Strong computer science and software engineering fundamentals.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, vector databases, and AI APIs.
- Ability to build end-to-end applications and integrate AI into existing systems.
- A visible portfolio of AI projects demonstrating experimentation and rapid learning.
- Ability to translate business problems into practical AI solutions and communicate clearly with stakeholders.
- Core build proficiency in at least two of Python, TypeScript/Node.js, and Java.
- Experience with or familiarity with C#/.NET, Go, Rust, SQL, Bash, LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, vector databases, testing frameworks, containers, serverless technologies, and cloud SDKs is preferred.
