Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery of agentic pipelines, ML models, evaluation frameworks, and LLM integrations from design through production deployment and monitoring.
- Build Azure ML pipelines for feature engineering, model training, batch scoring, and drift monitoring across propensity, adoption, and anomaly-detection use cases.
- Design and implement reliable production multi-agent orchestration for financial transactions, including classification, routing, authentication, and domain-specialist agents.
- Manage model versioning with Azure ML Model Registry and build Snowflake-backed feature stores and scoring pipelines that write predictions to production systems.
- Implement MCP tool integrations through authenticated and policy-enforced API gateways.
- Build API-first backend services in .NET/C# and manage containerized deployments through Azure DevOps CI/CD and Kubernetes/AKS.
- Integrate LLMs, build RAG pipelines, fine-tune models, design versioned prompt chains, and implement content-safety guardrails.
- Use Claude Code, Cursor, and GitHub Copilot to accelerate development and establish team best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Mathematics, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5–8 years of software engineering experience, including 3+ years in AI/ML and experience shipping models and LLM features used by real users.
- Fluency in Python and the Python ML ecosystem, including scikit-learn, PyTorch or TensorFlow, and pandas.
- Experience with Azure, including Azure ML, AI Foundry or OpenAI Service, AI Search, Cosmos DB, and AKS.
- Production experience with LLMs, RAG pipelines, prompt chains, fine-tuned models, or agentic workflows.
- Active use of AI-accelerated development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot.
- Production experience with modern .NET/C# for API-first backend services, integrations, and cloud-native workloads.
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps CI/CD, containerized deployments, and Kubernetes/AKS production operations.
- Preferred qualifications include fintech, payments, billing, or financial-services experience; multi-agent architecture experience; MLOps and evaluation-framework familiarity; omnichannel AI experience; and .NET/C# agent-runtime experience.

- Base compensation range of $140,000–$165,000 USD, with potential eligibility for an annual bonus or commission and, for some roles, overtime pay.
