Base Salary
$117k - $234k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own the delivery of scoped software features and models through implementation, iteration, testing, deployment, and support.
- Write clean, efficient, reliable code across multiple languages and participate in the full software development lifecycle.
- Integrate AI/ML components and generative AI tools into software solutions.
- Design scalable, secure, maintainable systems and evaluate technical trade-offs.
- Conduct code reviews, debugging, defect management, documentation, and automated testing.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Monitor application performance and support project milestones through program reporting and DevOps practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or a related area plus three years of software engineering or related experience, or five years of such experience.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, Java, Rust, Dart, and C++.
- Experience with object-oriented programming, code review, debugging, documentation-based coding, continuous integration, automated testing, and software lifecycle management.
- Experience integrating AI/ML components and using generative AI tools.
- Technical judgment in designing scalable, maintainable, and secure systems and ability to collaborate across functions.
- Preferred: relevant master’s degree plus one year of software engineering experience, and knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA, assistive technologies, and digital accessibility practices.
