Base Salary
$75k - $265k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and scale end-to-end production systems for a complex B2B product.
- Own features from conception through launch and iteration.
- Work directly with stakeholders to understand problems and drive solutions.
- Build shared abstractions and intuitive user experiences for complex products.
- Develop across frontend, backend, data layers, integrations, and cloud infrastructure.
- Raise engineering standards through high-quality code, thoughtful reviews, and clear communication.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience building end-to-end production systems for B2B products and owning features through launch.
- Demonstrated full-stack capability across frontend, backend, and data layers.
- Experience building complex B2B products, ideally from scratch or in early-stage environments.
- Proficiency with TypeScript and React for frontend development.
- Proficiency with Node.js and Python for backend development.
- Experience with Postgres, MongoDB, and GCP.
- Experience building data pipelines, ETL processes, or working with large-scale data systems.
- Background as a founder, engineering lead, or startup builder.
- Familiarity with BigQuery or similar data warehouse technologies is preferred.
- Experience with GitHub Actions, CI/CD pipelines, and observability tools such as Datadog is preferred.
- Exposure to FP&A, finance technology, or data integration domains is preferred.
- Clear communication with technical and non-technical audiences.
