Base Salary
$277k - $415k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain real-time and batch data pipelines/APIs for ML model inference.
- Design ML pipelines and services, prototype new approaches, and productionize solutions.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define data models and schemas.
- Integrate diverse internal and third-party data sources to enhance modeling capabilities.
- Ensure data quality through automated validation and monitoring.
- Develop triggers and event hooks for enhanced risk evaluations.
- Participate in SEV management by integrating new data and deploying features.
- Apply ML and engineering best practices to shape ML-platform solutions.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in software development with leadership in machine learning projects.
- Proven ability to drive adoption of AI practices and workflows.
- Experience leading experimentation cycles to understand AI's business impact.
- Curiosity and passion for economic empowerment through technology.
- Experience mentoring teammates and providing constructive feedback.
- Desire to be hands-on in developing AI solutions.
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced ML environment.
