Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate all technical activities during customer engagements.
- Analyze technical needs and current infrastructure of customers.
- Gain deep knowledge of customer workflows to provide tailored solutions.
- Define and execute customers' digital transformation strategies.
- Contribute to Statements of Work and responses for RFI/RFP.
- Present Rescale solutions at conferences and webinars.
- Collaborate with Product Management to enhance customer experience.
Requirements
- B.S. or M.S. in engineering, computer science, or equivalent preferred.
- 3+ years of enterprise cloud, hardware, or software technical experience.
- Deep understanding of enterprise sales processes and SaaS models.
- Expertise in high-performance computing (HPC) and related technical areas.
- Experience with enterprise customers in relevant industry verticals.
- Ability to manage complex projects and coordinate diverse teams.
- Fluency in Japanese and English is a must.
