Responsibilities
- Assist partners in building robust Zscaler practices through education, co-selling activities, partner labs, and service offering creation.
- Collaborate with Zscaler field teams and partners on alignment and joint account engagement.
- Educate partners through training classes, materials, architecture workshops, and awareness activities focused on measurable outcomes.
- Work with Global GSP, MSSP, and Velocity team members on in-theater engagement with strategic partners.
Requirements
- 10+ years of technical pre-sales experience, with professional services or architecture experience.
- Broad and deep understanding of security, networking, authentication, and Internet fundamentals.
- Strong understanding of navigating large partner organizational structures.
- Experience building technical champions who influence partner direction and positive outcomes.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-departmental collaboration on strategic initiatives and work on large, complex SaaS solution opportunities.
- Experience managing executive-level relationships is preferred.
- Excellent communication, follow-up, and interpersonal skills, including large-scale presentation experience, are preferred.
- Strong focus on pipeline development through channel partner engagement is preferred.
- Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent work experience.
