Responsibilities
- Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of DevOps platforms and delivery pipelines across AWS environments.
- Drive Kubernetes platform adoption, container orchestration standards, and deployment practices for scalable and resilient applications.
- Establish and manage Artifactory repository standards and artifact lifecycle practices.
- Provide technical leadership on infrastructure automation, observability, release automation, and environment reliability.
- Partner with Cloud Operations and Security teams on governance, operational readiness, access controls, compliance, and incident response.
- Mentor engineers, influence architecture decisions, and promote engineering excellence.
- Communicate technical solutions and operational priorities to developers, product teams, and leadership.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in AWS, DevOps, and cloud platform engineering.
- Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes and container platform operations.
- Experience with Artifactory and software artifact management practices.
- Deep knowledge of DevOps, cloud operations, platform security, automation, and enterprise operational governance.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, verbal communication, and written communication skills.
- Experience leading enterprise-scale platform modernization and operational transformation initiatives is preferred.
