Deloitte AdvisoryResponsibilities
- Manage end-to-end Workato integration design, configuration, testing, deployment, and support.
- Set up Workato environments and develop integration flows from business and technical requirements.
- Conduct field mapping, technical design documentation, test planning, execution, and solution optimization.
- Integrate cloud and on-premises applications using real-time, batch, and ETL approaches.
- Troubleshoot integration issues and provide post-implementation support to maintain system performance and business continuity.
- Coordinate with application teams, stakeholders, product and project managers, and system subject-matter experts.
- Estimate project complexity, time, and resource requirements.
- Supervise, mentor, and develop junior consultants and business analysts.
- Participate in practice-building activities including recruiting, staffing, and training.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technology field.
- 6–7 years of experience with Application-to-Application and Business-to-Business integrations.
- At least 4 years of hands-on experience with Workato integrations.
- Workato Automation Pro 1, 2, and 3 certifications.
- Proficiency in SQL, JSON, XML, and at least one programming language, ideally including JavaScript.
- Experience implementing complex, scalable, and high-volume integrations.
- Experience with real-time, batch, and ETL integrations and with cloud and on-premises applications.
- Proficiency with API management and REST, SOAP, and WSDL web services.
- Understanding of WS-Security and OAuth authorization and authentication protocols.
- Knowledge of Service-Oriented Architecture.
- Strong communication, negotiation, expectation-management, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
