Responsibilities
- Identify where AI can create leverage across Upvest and select appropriate tooling.
- Connect Claude and other LLMs to internal tools, APIs, and data sources through the Model Context Protocol.
- Build lightweight integrations and end-to-end automations using tools such as n8n.
- Determine when deterministic automation is preferable to a complex agent.
- Run discovery sessions, develop internal playbooks, and coach colleagues on prompt engineering and AI tooling.
- Navigate data privacy, compliance, and audit requirements in a regulated financial environment.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience shipping AI agents and end-to-end automations.
- Experience building or working with MCP servers and connecting LLMs to internal tools, APIs, and data sources.
- Experience upskilling non-technical teams on AI tooling and driving adoption.
- Ability to define ROI, iterate pragmatically, and connect technical work to business outcomes.
- Ability to run discovery sessions and present to senior, non-technical audiences.
- Experience in fintech or a closely adjacent regulated industry.
- 5+ years of experience in a scale-up in roles such as solutions engineer, technical consultant, AI product engineer, or similar.
- Based in Berlin; English is required and German is a plus.
