Responsibilities
- Assess client business challenges and identify opportunities for Generative AI and intelligent automation.
- Design and implement AI-powered applications using LLMs, Azure OpenAI Service, and Microsoft AI technologies.
- Build and optimize RAG solutions using enterprise knowledge sources and vector databases.
- Develop AI agents and Copilot experiences with Microsoft Copilot Studio and related technologies.
- Define AI use cases, business value, success metrics, and adoption strategies with clients and stakeholders.
- Design prompts, evaluation frameworks, and guardrails for responsible, secure, and reliable AI solutions.
- Deploy scalable AI solutions on Azure and integrate them with enterprise systems, applications, APIs, and business workflows.
- Support demonstrations, proofs of concept, MVPs, client workshops, and organizational AI innovation initiatives.
Requirements
- Understanding of Generative AI concepts including LLMs, prompt engineering, agentic AI, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and AI orchestration frameworks.
- Experience developing AI solutions in Python using frameworks such as LangChain, Semantic Kernel, LangGraph, AutoGen, or similar technologies.
- Familiarity with Azure OpenAI Service, Azure AI Foundry, AI Search, and Cognitive Services.
- Knowledge of responsible AI, governance, security, and compliance considerations.
- Understanding of cloud-native architectures and deploying AI solutions on Azure.
- Strong communication, consulting, stakeholder management, analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Microsoft 365 Copilot extensibility, and custom Copilot development is desirable.
- Hands-on enterprise RAG and knowledge management experience is desirable.
- Experience with vector databases such as Azure AI Search, Pinecone, or Weaviate is desirable.
- Knowledge of LLMOps, model evaluation, monitoring, and AI lifecycle management is desirable.
- Azure certifications and an advanced degree in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Data Science, Applied Mathematics, or a related discipline are desirable.
- Experience leading AI transformation initiatives or AI adoption programs is desirable.
