Responsibilities
- Design and implement high-performance distributed control plane services in Go for low-latency, fault-tolerant orchestration.
- Lead complex technical project workstreams from design through release.
- Develop scalable microservice interfaces using gRPC and REST.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers through technical guidance and code reviews.
- Resolve distributed-systems edge cases and operational bottlenecks to improve resilience and uptime.
- Improve architectural boundaries, build pipelines, and operational workflows.
- Participate in on-call support, monitoring, and production incident troubleshooting.
Requirements
- Experience with Go, microservices architecture, and distributed control plane systems or low-latency infrastructure APIs.
- Experience with containerization, virtualization, or cloud-native infrastructure technologies such as Kubernetes or Firecracker.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, concurrency patterns, and network performance tuning in Linux environments.
- Ability to lead complex projects, break problems into deliverable features, and mentor engineers.
