Responsibilities

Own the technical architecture and roadmap for the XR Training Academy platform.
Define architecture standards across frontend, backend, AI, cloud, and Unity integrations.
Design scalable cloud-native architectures, APIs, integration patterns, and service boundaries.
Translate product requirements into technical plans, workstreams, acceptance criteria, and success metrics.
Guide AI architecture and implementation, including LLMs, agent-based workflows, prompting, evaluation, and governance.
Build production-quality backend services, APIs, integrations, cloud infrastructure, and frontend or platform components.
Review pull requests, mentor developers, lead technical discussions, and support troubleshooting and delivery.
Partner with the Product Owner, Program Manager, Product Designer, and Unity Lead to align technical execution with product goals.

8+ years of software development experience.
3+ years in a Technical Lead, Lead Developer, or Solution Architect role.
Strong full-stack development experience and experience designing and building cloud-native applications.
Experience with TypeScript, JavaScript, Python, FastAPI, React or modern frontend frameworks, REST APIs, integrations, cloud platforms, and CI/CD pipelines.
Experience building applications that leverage Large Language Models.
Familiarity with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, agentic workflows, RAG architectures, prompt engineering, AI evaluation and governance, and MCP (Model Context Protocol).
Strong systems-thinking, architecture, technical planning, communication, stakeholder management, and alignment-building skills.
Experience with multi-tenant SaaS architecture and compliance-aware or data-residency design.
XR, VR, AR, Unity, training or simulation platforms, multimodal AI, regulated industries, and consulting or professional services experience are nice to have.
