Responsibilities
- Serve as the technical point of contact for accounts in the assigned territory.
- Develop a deep understanding of customers’ goals and articulate how Elastic's offerings address their needs.
- Create and maintain value-based relationships at all levels within customer organizations.
- Participate in all phases of planning and execution from initial discovery to technical win.
- Demonstrate the value of Elastic products in sales meetings and events.
- Advise the sales team on effective positioning of Elastic products and solutions.
- Onboard and educate partners, supporting them in sales cycles.
- Create collateral and collaborate with other team members to meet client needs.
- Communicate customer and community needs to engineering and leadership teams.
- Enhance sales and technical skills through self-driven education.
Requirements
- Proven success in a technical presales role with experience in selling and implementing technology.
- Ability to articulate and sell the benefits of modern platforms and technologies.
- Passion for continuous learning and self-improvement.
- History of successful customer relations and understanding of impactful architectures.
- Ability to influence and inspire teams and groups.
- Effective communication skills in English and native Thai.
- Willingness to travel frequently internationally, particularly to Thailand.
