Base Salary
$180k - $240k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own AI features end-to-end, from designing agentic workflows and RAG pipelines to building infrastructure that runs them at production scale.
- Build evaluation frameworks and experimentation loops that make models reliable and production-grade.
- Partner directly with product and domain experts to expand AI capabilities inside an ERP.
- Solve difficult problems involving structured, high-stakes financial data.
- Deliver features used daily by finance teams at customer companies.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in a technical role with a strong foundation in backend systems, APIs, and cloud infrastructure.
- At least 2 years of experience shipping production AI systems with real users and real stakes.
- Hands-on experience with production LLM applications, including RAG pipelines, agentic systems, or structured extraction.
- Proficiency in Python and comfort working across the full stack to deliver end-to-end features.
- Strong product instincts and focus on user impact.
- Bonus: background in fintech, ERP, or accounting software.
- Bonus: experience fine-tuning or training models rather than only using inference.
- Bonus: familiarity with Python, Kotlin, Java, or TypeScript.
- Bonus: experience building AI systems for structured financial or transactional data.
- Candidates should be within commuting distance of the NYC or San Francisco offices or willing to relocate.
