Responsibilities
- Own AI features end-to-end, from designing workflows to managing production infrastructure.
- Tackle complex problems in structured financial data using LLMs.
- Build evaluation frameworks and experimentation loops for reliable AI systems.
- Collaborate with product and domain experts to innovate within ERP systems.
Requirements
- 3+ years in a technical role with a strong foundation in backend systems, APIs, and cloud infrastructure.
- 2+ years of experience shipping production AI systems with real users.
- Hands-on experience with production LLM applications, RAG pipelines, or structured extraction.
- Proficiency in Python and ability to work across the full stack.
- Strong product instincts with a focus on user impact.
