Responsibilities
- Define and implement automated testing strategies for web and desktop applications.
- Develop functional, regression, performance, and compatibility automated test cases.
- Design, build, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks using Playwright or Selenium with C# or JavaScript.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.
- Support and enhance internal automation tools and test infrastructure.
- Develop custom automation utilities to improve QA efficiency and address development lifecycle gaps.
- Apply AI and machine learning technologies to automate QA tasks and improve test coverage, accuracy, and productivity.
- Analyze test results with analytics and AI-assisted reporting tools and adopt modern QA automation practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in automation testing for web and desktop applications.
- Proficiency in C# or JavaScript and experience creating robust automated test scripts.
- Hands-on experience with Playwright, Selenium, or similar automation frameworks.
- Experience with Visual Studio, npm, and test libraries such as Mocha or Jest.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted testing, including self-healing tests, AI-generated scripts, machine-learning-based test impact analysis, and AI visual validation.
- Knowledge of CI/CD integration using Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.
- Understanding of QA methodologies, SDLC/STLC, and test automation best practices.
- Experience testing across multiple browsers and desktop platforms.
- Strong English and Mandarin communication skills and ability to work across regional and cross-functional teams.
- Preferred qualifications include enterprise-grade automation experience, 3+ years of C# experience, custom framework development, Windows administration, PowerShell scripting, API automation, performance and security testing, Git and Jenkins integration, AI/ML testing techniques, machine learning lifecycle knowledge, Responsible AI principles, and test planning experience.
