Responsibilities
- Own the technical strategy and architecture for the Policies Platform.
- Define and drive the technical roadmap balancing speed, reliability, and scalability.
- Lead high-risk initiatives including AI-powered impact simulations and compliance self-service tools.
- Secure cross-team alignment and commitment for platform standards.
- Define engineering processes and quality practices for policy-as-code.
- Maintain high technical output while elevating team capabilities.
- Contribute to org-wide initiatives including OKR planning and long-term strategy.
Requirements
- 8+ years of software engineering experience with a track record of architecting scalable systems.
- Proven experience in leading AI/LLM product development.
- Strong command of Go, gRPC, Kubernetes, and service mesh architectures.
- Ability to drive technical clarity in ambiguous situations.
- History of influencing across organizational boundaries.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Remote-friendly with on-site presence required approximately once per week.
