Base Salary
$175k - $220k/yr
Responsibilities
- Become an expert on Semgrep and its integration into the software development lifecycle.
- Scope and own customer engagements with clear objectives and success criteria.
- Articulate the unique benefits of Semgrep to enhance customer security programs.
- Act as a thought leader by educating the community and sharing best practices.
- Minimize customer friction through automation and content creation.
- Share customer feedback to influence the roadmap of new features.
- Contribute to building a world-class solutions engineering organization.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Interest in helping people solve challenging technical problems.
- 8+ years of experience in pre-sales, customer success, or product support.
- Experience communicating with executives and managing full sales cycles.
- Ability to uplift teams through technical knowledge and mentoring.
- Deep understanding of developer workflows and CI/CD environments.
- Exposure to application security and vulnerability management.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent experience.
