Responsibilities
- Shape future-proof interfaces for client-facing teams.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers to build new features.
- Lead or contribute to large cross-functional projects with significant business impact.
- Debug production issues and enhance system observability and reliability.
- Improve engineering standards, tooling, and processes.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in building distributed systems or platform infrastructure.
- Expert-level proficiency in Java or a similar object-oriented language.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure, ideally AWS or GCP.
- Proven experience with distributed data infrastructure and message queues.
- Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases and data warehouse modeling.
- Solid understanding of platform monitoring and optimization.
