Responsibilities
- Define, design, and document the architecture for frontend applications.
- Establish and enforce frontend development best practices and frameworks.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create pixel-perfect user interfaces.
- Work with backend engineers to design robust APIs and data integration.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to frontend teams.
- Optimize frontend performance for various browsers and devices.
- Evaluate and select technologies and tools for the frontend platform.
- Contribute to cross-team architectural initiatives and promote reusability.
- Stay updated with emerging trends in frontend development.
- Maintain thorough documentation of frontend architecture and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 8+ years of professional frontend development experience.
- Expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern frameworks.
- Experience architecting large-scale, high-performance web applications.
- Strong understanding of web performance, security, and accessibility standards.
- Proven experience with state management and modular design.
- Familiarity with backend integration and RESTful APIs.
- Proficiency in build tools, testing frameworks, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in Agile or cross-functional teams.
- Experience with mobile web or hybrid app development.
- Knowledge of UI/UX best practices and collaboration with design systems.
- Contributions to open-source frontend projects or technology communities.
- Experience with internationalization, localization, and accessibility compliance.
- Experience using AI tools like Augment, Cursor, or Claude Code.
