Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership to partners during scoping, discovery, and implementation planning.
- Design and validate solution architectures that align with business requirements and Zuora best practices.
- Review partner technical deliverables for compliance with architecture standards.
- Serve as a key technical contact for partner-led implementations.
- Identify technical delivery risks and define mitigation strategies.
- Drive partner technical enablement through training and certification programs.
- Conduct architecture reviews and technical guidance sessions.
- Collaborate with Sales and Global Services to assess partner fit for opportunities.
Requirements
- Enterprise-level experience as a Solution Architect or Technical Consultant.
- Demonstrated experience delivering complex ERP, billing, or CRM solutions.
- Strong skills in requirements gathering, business analysis, and systems design.
- Experience with data migration, interfaces, and end-to-end implementations.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- Strong executive presence and ability to influence partners and stakeholders.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with Finance and translating business goals into technical solutions.
