Responsibilities

- Drive innovation in managing AI model context and creating autonomous agents.
- Collaborate with teams to translate high-level goals into AI-powered capabilities.
- Mentor engineers and promote best practices in AI development.
- Present research and prototypes to influence product vision and AI technology adoption.
- Lead AI infrastructure efforts, including model deployment and system observability.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in backend or full-stack development using Python.
- At least 2 years of experience in a senior AI role.
- Hands-on experience with agentic AI and building scalable APIs using frameworks like FastAPI or Flask.
- Proven experience in cloud-native development in AWS/GCP and containerization with Docker.
- Strong background in software engineering best practices like CI/CD and Git workflows.
- Solid understanding of distributed systems and data management with SQL and NoSQL technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and system design skills.
