Responsibilities
- Architect workload and service management infrastructure.
- Hands-on develop critical infrastructure components.
- Break down complex infrastructure problems into straightforward solutions and help teams prioritize effectively.
- Define roadmaps for the scalable and robust growth of application infrastructure.
- Align with stakeholders and provide technical guidance on critical projects.
- Deliver scalable systems and services with high-quality architecture and design.
- Investigate critical system issues, address root causes, and improve operational excellence.
- Collaborate with technology leaders to make services extensible and enable innovation.
- Technically guide teams working on full-stack development.
- Hire and develop technical leaders and top engineering talent.
Requirements
- At least 12 years of professional software development experience.
- Hands-on experience designing and developing large-scale distributed systems within the last 3 years.
- Fluency in one or more of Java, Go, or Python.
- Experience with Amazon EKS and cloud computing using AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- A proven record of delivering mission-critical systems.
- Experience developing and growing senior individual contributors globally.
- Experience with machine learning job deployment infrastructure, such as Argo CD workflows.
- Preferred experience with Kubernetes and gRPC.
- Deep understanding of operating system kernels and distributed systems such as Kafka, Cassandra, and MongoDB.
- Proficiency with ML infrastructure and deployment frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, TensorRT, and Triton Backend.
