Responsibilities
- Collaborate with team members to design, build, test, and maintain backend features and APIs.
- Write clean, efficient, and secure Java code following secure software development lifecycle principles.
- Participate in design discussions and code reviews, evaluating code for security and performance.
- Communicate effectively with clients, product managers, and QA teams to clarify requirements.
- Address and remediate security vulnerabilities identified through code reviews and scans.
- Assist with production support, system diagnosis, and performance troubleshooting.
- Create and maintain accurate technical documentation for systems and APIs.
Requirements
- 2+ years of professional software development experience in Java.
- Strong understanding of Data Structures, Algorithms, Object-Oriented Programming, and design patterns.
- Hands-on experience with SOA and REST design principles.
- Experience working in Scrum/Agile environments with excellent communication skills.
- Practical experience with cloud services and Java microservices is a plus.
- Familiarity with NoSQL databases, secure programming knowledge, and multi-threaded programming concepts is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
