Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and architects to understand requirements and technical specifications.
- Design, develop, test, maintain, and debug high-quality software applications and full-stack features.
- Build and manage scalable, secure APIs and enforce API and data governance policies across enterprise integrations.
- Conduct code reviews, contribute to architecture and technical strategy, and drive technical innovation.
- Architect and develop Agentic AI workflows involving multi-agent orchestration, tool-use patterns, and autonomous task pipelines.
- Analyze product defects, resolve customer issues, and continuously improve development processes and tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least five years of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in Java and Python, with hands-on experience in AWS, Spring Boot, APIs, microservices, cloud-native development, Docker, Kubernetes, relational and NoSQL databases, and infrastructure as code.
- Experience building Generative AI applications using LLMs, RAG, embeddings, and prompt engineering.
- Experience developing AI agents and Agentic AI workflows with frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or AWS AgentCore/Strands.
- Experience deploying AI/ML applications with MLOps, model lifecycle management, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with Terraform or CloudFormation and DevOps tools such as GitHub Actions, Harness, or Jenkins.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, secure software development, and complex technical troubleshooting skills.
- Preferred experience includes GraphQL, Kafka, Databricks, distributed data platforms, OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Grafana, New Relic, mentoring engineers, AI chatbots and virtual assistants, LLM fine-tuning and deployment, Black Duck, SonarQube, FOSSA, MySQL, and MariaDB.
