Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Develop and configure Appian BPM applications, including forms, reports, underlying logic, and interface components.
- Develop Appian plugins and support installation and configuration of application servers.
- Configure, debug, and integrate systems using relational databases and SQL scripting.
- Participate in all phases of software development for large-scale business-critical applications.
- Define and document architecture for technology implementations using different architectural views.
- Translate business needs into solution architecture requirements.
- Support RFIs, RFPs, prototypes, oral presentations, and other growth-related activities as needed.
- Maintain certifications necessary for the relevant practice expertise.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of recent hands-on experience with Appian BPM.
- At least 1 year of experience developing Appian plugins.
- At least 1 year of experience with application servers such as JBoss, WebLogic, or IIS as part of installation.
- At least 1 year of experience configuring, debugging, and integrating systems as a developer.
- At least 1 year of experience with relational databases and SQL scripting.
- At least 1 year of experience across all phases of software development for large-scale business-critical applications.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- U.S. citizenship required, and applicants must be able to obtain Public Trust clearance.
- Applicants must reside and perform the work within the United States.
- Appian Level 1 certification is desired; Level 2 or Level 3 Appian certification is also desired.
- Experience with Appian Tempo, Appian Sites, Java development, Maven builds, federal software development projects, enterprise application integration, SOA, ESB, and n-tier client-server architectures is preferred.
- Experience with Appian BPM, IBM WebSphere, Mule, LAMP/JBoss, Hadoop, Java, and Microsoft .NET is preferred.
- Strong analytical, technical, written and verbal communication, interpersonal, teamwork, facilitation, and negotiation skills are desired.
