Responsibilities

Create and assure key architecture artefacts, including Key Design Decisions, Technical Options Papers, and High Level Designs.
Collaborate with engineering teams to define technical vision and establish architectural guardrails.
Support senior leaders with cases for change, cost estimation, and detailed planning.
Work across multiple teams and stakeholders to solve client and internal project problems.
Act as a lead subject-matter expert while applying architecture and delivery practices.

Hands-on software engineering background with experience leading engineering teams to deliver applications and services.
Clear understanding and practical application of architecture and delivery methodologies.
Experience operating across Business, Data, Application, Technology, and Security architecture domains, with specialization in at least one.
Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, collaboration, and stakeholder-management abilities.
Commitment to continuous improvement and professional development.
Certifications in relevant methodologies and cloud technologies are advantageous.
Experience with leading technology vendors including Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Oracle, IBM, Salesforce, and others is welcomed.

Hybrid working with a minimum of two days per week in the office or on a client site, with some assignments requiring up to five client-site days per week.
