Base Salary
$150k - $175k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain large-scale backend systems with a focus on performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to implement new features.
- Develop systems from the ground up and navigate ambiguous problem domains.
- Deliver high-quality code and consistently meet project deadlines.
- Continuously seek opportunities to learn and deepen expertise.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience with a proven track record of shipping successful projects.
- Passion for building large-scale systems in a cloud-native environment, preferably AWS.
- Strong command of at least one programming language, preferably Go and/or Java.
- Experience developing and maintaining a high-quality code base.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
- Curiosity, humility, and openness to learning.
