Responsibilities
- Develop, code, enhance, and integrate frontend and backend components for custom enterprise software solutions.
- Build scalable, high-performing full-stack applications using Java and modern frontend technologies.
- Use AgentAI copilots and LLM-based coding assistants for coding, debugging, documentation, testing, and integration.
- Integrate pre-built AI services and APIs and implement RAG-based features where relevant.
- Apply engineering best practices to deliver quality software at accelerated speed.
- Collaborate with architects and AI-native specialists on integration and adoption.
Requirements
- At least five years of experience in Java full-stack development.
- Strong foundation in enterprise engineering, SDLC, and domain workflows.
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools, copilots, or LLM-based coding assistants.
- Practical knowledge of AI concepts and limitations, with a focus on integration rather than model training.
- Backend experience with one or more of Java, Spring Boot, .NET, C#, or Python.
- Frontend experience with React, Angular, Vue.js, TypeScript, or JavaScript.
- Knowledge of SQL or NoSQL, REST or GraphQL APIs, cloud-native development, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Completion of 15 years of full-time education.
