[EPM] Software Integration & DevOps Engineer - Azure Cloud Engineer

Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve infrastructure and deployment issues across cloud and on-premises environments.
- Manage and optimize Azure DevOps and Jenkins pipelines and deployment automation.
- Configure and maintain Kubernetes clusters, including incident response and performance tuning.
- Design and maintain infrastructure as code using Terraform and Bash for cloud provisioning.
- Support hybrid on-premises infrastructure and cloud services.
- Maintain software configuration management tools and version-control best practices.
- Collaborate with developers, QA, and DevOps engineers to improve reliability and release cycles.
- Develop disaster recovery strategies and backup solutions.
- Create architectural diagrams, technical documentation, and implementation plans for Azure and Jenkins solutions.
- Plan and execute cloud migration strategies and troubleshoot migration issues.
- Integrate security scanning and dependency checks into CI/CD pipelines.
- Ensure compliance with security policies, regulatory requirements, and internal standards.
- Optimize infrastructure for cost, performance, and scalability.
- Use Ansible for configuration management and system automation.
- Implement end-to-end observability with OpenTelemetry across Azure resources, GitHub Actions pipelines, and on-premises systems.
- Build dashboards and alerting with Grafana, Prometheus, and ELK, and define and track SLIs and SLOs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field.
- Fluent English communication in speaking and writing.
- At least 5 years of experience as a DevOps engineer.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, teamwork, and ownership skills.
- Hands-on experience with Azure cloud infrastructure in hybrid on-premises and cloud environments.
- Hands-on experience with OpenTelemetry and other monitoring tools.
- Experience with infrastructure as code and automation using Terraform, CloudFormation, or ARM templates.
- Experience with Bitbucket, Jenkins, and GitHub APIs.
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and microservices architectures.
- Microsoft Azure certifications such as AZ-104, AZ-305, or AZ-400.
- Experience with Azure VM Scale Sets and Azure networking components such as VNet, NSG, VPN, and Private Endpoints is nice to have.
