Responsibilities
- Provision and manage cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code practices and Terraform.
- Maintain automated deployments and configuration consistency across development, test, and production environments.
- Coordinate software delivery requests with external teams and support software instance setup and maintenance.
- Monitor deployment outcomes and troubleshoot delivery issues with development, infrastructure, security, and operations teams.
- Support security, change, and release management controls while improving deployment quality and platform reliability.
- Reduce manual and error-prone activities through continuous improvement and automation.
Requirements
- At least 3–4 years of experience in DevOps engineering, release and deployment management, infrastructure automation, or related fields.
- Exposure to Windows and Linux platforms and MSSQL databases.
- Exposure to ServiceNow, BMC Helix, and JIRA Cloud ITSM tools.
- Experience or exposure to Microsoft Azure, which is mandatory.
- Experience or exposure to Octopus Deploy, Azure DevOps, Grafana, Terraform, and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, organizational, stakeholder communication, learning agility, and technical implementation skills.
- Candidates are not expected to be fully proficient in every listed technology but must demonstrate broad technical awareness.
