Base Salary
$143k - $304k/yr
Responsibilities
- Translate customer business needs into clear, actionable technical approaches and shape opportunities.
- Build and deliver production-grade solutions in customer environments with end-to-end ownership.
- Deliver iterative, high-impact solutions quickly while operating effectively in ambiguity.
- Engage senior stakeholders, build trust, align priorities, and guide technical and business decisions.
- Apply industry and customer context to tailor solutions.
- Prepare and transition work to Forward Deployed Engineering crews with clear scope and technical direction.
- Navigate complex account dynamics and drive urgency, accountability, and sustained customer outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of experience in engineering, product or technical program management, data analysis, or product development, or equivalent experience.
- At least 3 years managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
- Preferred: bachelor’s degree and 12+ years of relevant experience or equivalent experience.
- Preferred: 8+ years managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
- Preferred: at least 1 year reading and/or writing code.
- Preferred: at least 2 years in customer-facing technical roles such as consulting, solutions engineering, or field engineering.
- Preferred: experience with AI/ML technologies, cloud architecture, data engineering, and AI tools and workflows for software engineering artifacts.
- Preferred: experience delivering solutions end-to-end with customers or internal stakeholders.
- Must be comfortable traveling up to 25%.
Benefits
- The typical U.S. base pay range is $142,800–$274,800 per year, with a different range for specified San Francisco Bay Area and New York City metropolitan area locations.
- Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
- The position is open for a minimum of five days and accepts applications on an ongoing basis until filled.
