Responsibilities
- Lead research and engineering efforts to enhance conversational capabilities in production.
- Build and iterate on end-to-end models and pipelines for quality and efficiency.
- Collaborate with platform and product engineers for model integration.
- Break down research ideas into clear milestones and roadmaps.
- Mentor researchers and engineers, setting technical direction and best practices.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering or research.
- Experience in training and deploying LLMs in production environments.
- Fluency in Python and modern ML tooling.
- Proven track record of translating research ideas into measurable production impact.
- Ability to define roadmaps and lead cross-functional execution.
