Responsibilities
- Organize the deployment of AI workflows and architectures across diverse AI and technology platforms.
- Design solutions that integrate enterprise technology ecosystems with AI models and multi-provider platforms.
- Prepare technical design specifications and drive architectural governance and platform convergence.
- Plan engineering initiatives and feature delivery while balancing customer delivery with organizational health.
- Identify application improvement opportunities and provide actionable recommendations.
- Mentor development staff, lead design sessions, conduct code reviews, and support successful feature delivery.
- Lead technical conversations, foster learning cultures, and communicate with executive leadership, peers, development teams, and stakeholders.
- Translate AI innovation into business and productivity impact.
Requirements
- At least 12 years of experience in .NET full-stack development or software development.
- Fifteen years of full-time education.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Significant experience in software architecture, design patterns, reliability, scaling, and system implementation or enhancement.
- Significant experience in analytical systems engineering and implementation.
- Fluency and specialization in modern languages such as Java, C#, or Python.
- Experience building products with microservices architectures and extensible REST APIs.
- Familiarity with continuous delivery and infrastructure as code.
- Proven experience leading cloud, DevOps, or AI modernization initiatives.
- Strong understanding of LLMs, automation, and engineering toolchains.
- Experience with application monitoring tools and performance assessments.
- Understanding of security architecture, protocols, and products including Active Directory, Windows Authentication, SAML, and OAuth.
- Experience with AWS and Azure, preferably in multi-cloud environments.
- Ability to provide architectural direction, lead technical discussions, mentor engineers, and influence stakeholders.
