Responsibilities
- Organize the deployment of AI workflows and architectures across diverse AI and technology platforms.
- Facilitate solution design and integration across enterprise technology stacks, AI models, and multi-provider platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare technical design specifications.
- Drive architectural governance, platform convergence, and planning across engineering initiatives.
- Identify application improvement opportunities and provide actionable recommendations.
- Assist and mentor development staff in delivering product features.
- Lead design sessions, conduct code reviews, and guide technical conversations.
- Build relationships with customers, stakeholders, engineering teams, peers, and executive leadership.
- Lead or contribute to cloud, DevOps, and AI modernization initiatives.
- Translate AI innovation into business and productivity impact.
Requirements
- At least 15 years of experience in .NET full-stack development or software development.
- A minimum of 15 years of full-time education.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Significant experience designing, implementing, enhancing, scaling, and improving reliable systems.
- Fluency and specialization in modern languages such as Java, C#, or Python.
- Experience building products with microservices architectural patterns and extensible APIs.
- Familiarity with continuous delivery and infrastructure as code.
- Strong understanding of LLMs, automation, and engineering toolchains.
- Fluency in DevOps concepts and experience with application monitoring and performance assessments.
- Understanding of security architecture, protocols, and products including Active Directory, Windows Authentication, SAML, and OAuth.
- Experience with AWS and Azure, preferably in multi-cloud environments.
- Experience providing architectural direction, leading design activities, mentoring engineers, and influencing cross-functional stakeholders.
