Base Salary
$198k - $420k/yr
Responsibilities
- Architect, design, deploy, and optimize large-scale ML systems, LLM capabilities, and ML infrastructure.
- Lead production deployment and ensure ML solutions meet performance, scalability, security, governance, and business requirements.
- Develop and advance MLOps, observability, model governance, explainability, and performance and cost optimization practices.
- Define architectural and operational standards and influence ML engineering practices across teams and products.
- Collaborate directly with stakeholders and customers to gather requirements, resolve ambiguity, and propose solutions.
- Mentor engineers, guide teams, optimize workflows, and enable safe experimentation and adoption of modern ML techniques.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience delivering complex systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field.
- Hands-on production experience with AI/ML, including LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation, prompt engineering, vector search, agent workflows, and model evaluation techniques.
- Expertise in distributed systems design and large-scale enterprise product architecture.
- Strong programming skills, proficiency with ML frameworks, and a solid understanding of MLOps practices.
- Excellent English communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in global, multicultural teams.
