Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Architect and optimize large-scale ML systems, LLM capabilities, and ML infrastructure.
- Lead scalable model deployment and ensure ML solutions meet performance, scalability, security, governance, and business requirements.
- Develop and apply advanced MLOps, observability, model governance, explainability, and performance and cost optimization practices.
- Define architectural, operational, and engineering standards across teams and products.
- Partner with customers and stakeholders to gather requirements, resolve ambiguity, and propose solutions aligned with product capabilities and customer value.
- Mentor engineers, guide teams, optimize workflows, and influence technical direction across the organization.
- Enable safe experimentation and ensure systems are production-ready and aligned with product objectives.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience delivering complex systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field.
- Hands-on production experience with AI/ML, including large language models, retrieval-augmented generation, prompt engineering, vector search, agent workflows, and model evaluation techniques.
- Expertise in distributed systems design and large-scale enterprise product architecture.
- Strong programming skills, proficiency with ML frameworks, and a solid understanding of MLOps practices.
- Experience with large-scale ML architecture, model governance and explainability, observability, and performance and cost optimization.
- Excellent English communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in global, multicultural teams.
