$198k - $420k/yr
Responsibilities
- Architect, design, deploy, and optimize large-scale ML systems, including LLM capabilities and infrastructure.
- Lead ML platform development, advanced MLOps, observability, model governance, explainability, and production readiness.
- Define architectural, engineering, and operational standards across teams and products.
- Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, resolve ambiguity, and propose solutions aligned with customer and product objectives.
- Mentor engineers, guide teams, influence technical direction, and support adoption of modern ML techniques.
- Ensure ML solutions meet business, performance, scalability, security, and governance requirements.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience delivering complex systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field.
- Hands-on production experience with AI/ML, including LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, vector search, agent workflows, and model evaluation.
- Expertise in distributed systems design and large-scale enterprise product architecture.
- Strong programming skills, proficiency with ML frameworks, and solid understanding of MLOps practices.
- Excellent English communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in global, multicultural teams.
- Experience with large-scale ML architecture, model governance, explainability, observability, and performance and cost optimization.
