Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design and develop AI-powered solutions for JIT access provisioning and privileged access management workflows.
- Automate access requests, approvals, entitlement reviews, and access governance processes.
- Develop machine-learning models and predictive analytics to identify access patterns, risk indicators, and anomalous behavior.
- Integrate AI solutions with SailPoint, CyberArk, Saviynt, and Microsoft Entra ID.
- Implement Zero Trust and least-privilege access principles with cybersecurity, infrastructure, compliance, and application teams.
- Develop API integrations between access management platforms and enterprise systems.
- Build dashboards, reporting, and metrics for JIT adoption, risk reduction, and operational effectiveness.
- Support AI model deployment, monitoring, governance, and continuous improvement.
- Participate in architecture discussions and recommend scalable identity security solutions.
Requirements
- Experienced AI engineering background supporting enterprise identity security or access management initiatives.
- Expertise in AI/ML engineering, identity and access management, privileged access management, cloud security, and security engineering.
- Knowledge of data engineering and analytics, API development and integration, and DevOps/MLOps.
- Preferred experience implementing enterprise JIT access programs.
- Preferred financial services or regulated-industry experience.
- Preferred experience with AI-enabled security analytics and anomaly detection.
- Familiarity with generative AI and LLM technologies is preferred.
- Relevant cloud security or IAM platform certifications are preferred.
