Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain modern web applications with React/Next.js, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
- Build, test, and maintain Python backend services and APIs using FastAPI.
- Integrate frontend applications with secure and reliable backend APIs.
- Develop integrations with Oracle Fusion, iCertis, and other enterprise systems.
- Design and support data solutions using PostgreSQL and Oracle Database.
- Implement authentication and authorization with Microsoft Entra ID, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and JWT.
- Develop event-driven integrations and workflow processes with Azure Service Bus and Apache Airflow.
- Support AI/LLM, semantic search, and vector search capabilities where applicable.
- Contribute to Oracle Integration Cloud, VBCS, Oracle Redwood, and Oracle ERP initiatives.
- Troubleshoot application issues, support production stability, and participate in incident resolution.
- Create technical documentation and participate in code reviews and cross-functional collaboration.
- Deliver maintainable, production-ready application components and adapt across adjacent engineering areas as project needs evolve.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- At least 5 years of enterprise software development experience, including at least 3 years in application development.
- Strong Python backend development and FastAPI or comparable Python web framework experience.
- Experience developing modern web applications with React/Next.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, and responsive UI practices.
- Experience developing applications on Microsoft Azure.
- Strong SQL, relational database, and data modeling knowledge with PostgreSQL or Oracle Database experience.
- Experience designing, developing, testing, and integrating REST APIs.
- Knowledge of OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, JWT, and Microsoft Entra ID fundamentals.
- Preferred experience with Azure Service Bus, AI/LLM integration, prompt evaluation, semantic search, pgvector, Azure AI Search, Oracle Integration Cloud, VBCS, Oracle Redwood, Oracle ERP, and Apache Airflow.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical thinking, communication, prioritization, independent-work, and issue-resolution abilities.
- Willingness and ability to quickly learn Oracle Redwood and Oracle Integration Cloud.
