Responsibilities
- Design and develop platform capabilities for EHR and EMR integrations.
- Architect high-volume backend systems for reliable patient support.
- Optimize service orchestration, data flow, and system performance.
- Drive standards for security, testability, observability, and deployment automation.
- Design and maintain modern APIs and documentation.
- Provide technical leadership and conduct rigorous code reviews.
- Write clear documentation to enhance platform knowledge.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- 7+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Expertise in building backend systems in multiple languages.
- Hands-on experience with relational database schemas and migrations.
- Experience managing customer-facing APIs through versioning.
- Proven ability to diagnose and fix performance bottlenecks.
- Working knowledge of CI/CD and DevOps practices.
- Strong technical communication skills for diverse stakeholders.
- Experience in fast-paced, high-growth startup environments.
